Shipping policy

We aim to process all postal orders within 7 business days from the date of order.  You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and another notification when your order has been despatched.

Please ensure your details are correct when you place your order.  While we will do our best to deal with any issues however we will not be held responsible for missing items where incorrect details have been entered by customers during the checkout process. 

During busy periods there may be delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer standard second class shipping within the United Kingdom for orders up to £64.99.  Orders of £65 and above are shipped free of charge.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for all orders within a 5 mile radius of our premises in Balerno, Edinburgh.  We aim to process all local delivery orders within 5 business days from receipt of order.  

Deliveries are made from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday or as otherwise agreed. We will contact you by email or text using the details you provided at checkout to notify you of your estimated delivery slot.  

International Shipping

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at

with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
